The Meadows at Escalante is located in St. George, Utah and was acquired in June 2022. It is a large community offerings 120 assisted living residences and 48 memory care residences. The memory care is a newer addition on the building being delivered in 2018 designed with ample natural light for a welcoming environment. MedCore plans to deploy capital expenditure investment into the building to freshen up the assisted living and common areas to reposition the asset in one of the fastest growing cities.
