Spring Cypress Active Adult and Independent Living is under construction and represents Phase Two of the 23-acre Spring Cypress senior living development. This project will bring 95 apartment homes, 24 hybrid townhomes, and 19 duplex cottages to the luxury, catered-living senior campus. Expected project completion is late 2024 with cottages and townhomes offered in mid-2024.
