Spring Cypress Active Adult and Independent Living is under construction and represents Phase Two of the 33-acre Spring Cypress senior living development. This project will bring 90 apartment homes, 24 townhomes, and 19 cottages to the luxury, catered-living senior campus. Expected project completion is spring 2025 with cottages and townhomes open and accepting residents since the Fall of 2024.
