Escalante at Willow Creek was acquired as part of the Escalante portfolio in April 2022 and consists of 32 assisted living units and 21 memory care units in the Salt Lake City, UT area. Willow Creek is a small, but quaint, community that has beautiful common spaces for residents to socialize and enjoy as a part of their home.
