Escalante at The Lakes was acquired as part of the Escalante portfolio in April 2022. This community consists of 70 assisted living units and 53 memory care units in the Las Vegas, Nevada area. The Lakes is located less than 10 miles from the Strip in the Lakes area of Las Vegas. MedCore plans to deploy capital expenditure investment into the building to freshen up the assisted living and memory care wings as well as common areas to reposition the asset in the market.
