The ClearSky Rehabilitation Hospital of Harker Heights is a state-of-the-art 30 bed inpatient physical rehabilitation hospital serving patients in the greater Killeen/Fort Hood MSA.  It received its Certificate of Occupancy in July 2023.

The ClearSky Harker Heights hospital is part of the ClearSky Health network of hospitals and outpatient clinics that specialize in post-acute care and rehabilitation services.
