Stuart Lodge is a 94 unit assisted living and memory care facility that was also acquired as part of the three-property portfolio in July of 2023. It has since been rebranded to Alto Stuart, one of Allegro Senior Living’s brands. The operations team was transitioned to Allegro upon closing and has undergone a complete refresh. The Allegro brand and culture has been assimilated into the property and a large capital expenditure improvement plan was initiated after acquisition. Alto Stuart sits in the West Palm Beach submarket and offers a square design with central courtyard that minimizes long corridors and isolation away from the plentiful common areas where residents congregate and socialize. Alto Stuart exhibits a nautical theme within due to its proximity to the ocean and the desire for residents in that region to live in a community with an ocean feel.
