CYPRESS, TX. November 30, 2016 – Cypress will soon be home to a brand new senior living and memory care community. The National Realty Group and MedCore Partners gathered with city officials, development, construction, and design partners to celebrate the groundbreaking of Spring Cypress Assisted Living and Memory Care, an innovative new senior living community coming to Northwest Houston.
Spring Cypress Assisted Living and Memory Care will be conveniently located at 16306 Spring Cypress Road near the intersection of Spring Cypress and Barker Cypress Rd. The 2-story, 80-unit assisted living community will feature luxuriously appointed suites, a fitness center, beauty salon, theater, bistro, and gorgeous outdoor spaces including a pond and courtyard. Interior finishes include warm tones, stone, wood, and granite, and will defy the traditional look and feel of most senior living communities.
Ridgemont Construction, an experienced builder out of Irving, TX, will direct the construction and Civitas Senior Living will manage the facility after completion. The management team at Civitas has more than 30 years of experience operating senior living communities in Texas. Their goal is to create a warm, caring environment with all the comforts of home.
