Rockwall, TX – MedCore Partners, LLC (MedCore), is pleased to announce the development of Rockwall Medical Plaza. Scheduled to be completed in June of 2015, Rockwall’s newest state-of-the-art medical office building will consist of 20,773 square feet and will be anchored by an ambulatory surgery center that is joint-ventured by Texas Health Resources and Spine Team Texas.
Rockwall Medical Plaza will be located on the campus of Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Rockwall, in a convenient, easily accessible outpatient location. MedCore has begun its pre-leasing efforts to identify and recruit complementary tenants to occupy the remaining 12,000 square feet of available medical office space. Positioned on Horizon Road at the grand entry of the hospital’s campus, this single-story medical facility will be highly visible and centrally located to Rockwall’s patients and medical community. American National Bank of Texas is financing the construction of the medical office building, while Corgan Associates is serving as the project’s architect and Structures and Interiors is providing general contractor services.
