MedCore Partners along with Spine Team Texas and Texas Health Allen broke ground on a new medical office building and ambulatory surgical center on Friday, March 24. Members of the medical staff joined hospital leaders to commemorate. The two-story, 48,000 square-foot building will be finished March 2018.
Allen Medical Plaza will be optimally located on the campus of the newly expanded, 73-bed Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Allen, which opened in January 2009. The new facility will feature two floors of clinical offices on top of a 150-parking space deck (more detail)… The facility will be anchored by an ambulatory surgery center shared by Spine Team Texas and Texas Health Resources.
