We are excited to announce, on behalf of our client, the acquisition of 2505 Scripture Street in Denton, Texas. This 19,875 square foot medical office building is located on the northern side of Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Denton campus.
“We are extremely excited for our client. A lot of hard work went into the vision of this project and getting the building leased ahead of closing,” said Michael Collins, SVP at MedCore Partners.
MedCore, in conjunction with their client, was able to take the medical office building from 10% leased to 100% leased prior to closing. This location will serve as a center of excellence to address the regional needs for its patients.
