As the Operations Coordinator, Mollie Drake oversees all facets of MedCore’s corporate office facility, in addition to providing essential organizational and administrative support to multiple team members and overseeing our Investor Relations. While managing the day-to-day office operations, Mollie spearheads employee engagement initiatives to foster a collaborative and positive work environment for all MedCore employees.
Mollie joined MedCore Partners in December 2023, bringing with her a diverse background in banking and business operations. Throughout her career, she has consistently optimized office management functions and streamlined daily operations, processes, and workflows to improve overall efficiency . With a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering the highest level of client service, Mollie excels in creating and implementing innovative solutions to boost productivity. Prior to joining MedCore, Mollie was most recently the Director of Operations for a private aviation company.
Mollie is a North Texas native and enjoys the outdoors, reading and watching her son play hockey.
