As Operations Coordinator and Investor Relations lead, Mollie manages all aspects of MedCore’s corporate office operations and provides critical organizational and administrative support to multiple team members. She also oversees MedCore’s investor relations. In addition to handling daily office operations, Mollie drives employee engagement initiatives, cultivating a collaborative and positive workplace culture for the entire MedCore team.
Mollie joined MedCore Partners in December 2023, bringing with her a diverse background in banking and business operations. Throughout her career, she has consistently optimized office management functions and streamlined daily operations, processes, and workflows to improve overall efficiency . With a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering the highest level of client service, Mollie excels in creating and implementing innovative solutions to boost productivity. Prior to joining MedCore, Mollie was most recently the Director of Operations for a private aviation company.
Mollie is a North Texas native and in her free time enjoys the outdoors, reading and watching her son play hockey.
