Michael Graham, having specialized in healthcare real estate since early in his career, plays a key role in MedCore’s new business development activities, acquisition and de novo deal structure, financial forecasting, debt and equity sourcing, lease negotiations, investor relations, and project oversight. His expertise in healthcare real estate encompasses acute care hospitals, specialty hospitals, surgery centers, imaging centers, long-term acute care hospitals, inpatient physical rehabilitation hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, senior living projects, and medical office buildings.
MedCore’s clients and project partners benefit from Michael’s hands-on experience gained through leadership roles in the acquisition, disposition, and development of many healthcare projects nationwide with an estimated gross residual value in excess of $750 million.
Michael is a graduate of the University of Montana, from which he earned a BS in Biology then went on to earn his Masters in Business Administration, graduating at the top of his class. After moving to Dallas, he completed a year of coursework in the graduate real estate development program at the University of Texas at Arlington.
