Margo Evans joined MedCore Partners in May 2025 as Controller, bringing over 20 years of comprehensive experience in real estate accounting. She oversees all accounting functions across MedCore’s property portfolios, holding entities, and corporate operations. Her background spans multiple sectors, including retail, data centers, and real estate investment trusts (REITs). Margo is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas and holds a degree from the University of Texas at Dallas.
