Keith joined MedCore in April of 2021 primarily focusing on sourcing, underwriting, and managing Senior Living acquisitions, as well as asset management of existing holdings.
Prior to joining MedCore, Keith was a Senior Analyst for three years within Colony Capital’s healthcare asset management group overseeing $1.0B+ of Seniors Housing assets across multiple US geographies. He was responsible for value creation through operational turnaround and capital expenditure investment for Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care assets. He was also involved in lease restructuring and JV negotiations, assisting in capital markets activities including sell/hold analysis and dispositions, as well as enhancing reporting capabilities. Before his contributions to Colony Capital, Keith worked in CohnReznick’s Advisory Group serving in a project management capacity for six years. In this role, he was responsible for real estate disaster recovery efforts and financial analysis on the TARP Bailout, among other real estate-related consulting engagements.
Keith is a graduate of The University of Tampa with a B.S. in Finance and completed a Master’s in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University.
