Emma joined MedCore in October of 2022 primarily focusing on underwriting, sourcing, market research and analysis, and coordinating transaction closings for senior living acquisitions.
Prior to joining MedCore, Emma was a real estate credit analyst for two years with Goldman Sachs. She was responsible for underwriting and monitoring global commercial real estate mortgage transactions and structured financings.
Emma is a graduate of The University of Georgia with a B.B.A in Real Estate and Risk Management.
