Desiree Dolezal assumed the role of Controller at MedCore Partners in July 2023, leveraging her extensive 24-year background in overseeing tax, audit, budgeting, and reporting functions for private equity funds and co-investment vehicles.
Before joining MedCore, Desiree served as a Senior Associate at Colmore, where she was responsible for managing the accounting and reporting for private equity funds. Prior to Colmore, Desiree spent 20 years working for E2M Partners, LLC, a real estate investment fund manager with over $500 million in equity capital. As Controller at E2M, Desiree successfully managed the accounting for the funds’ investments across various sectors including multi-family, industrial, select-service hospitality, and senior living properties.
Desiree holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Master’s degree in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, she is a licensed certified public accountant in the state of Texas. During her leisure time, Desiree enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her husband, children, family and friends.
