Daniel Clemons joined MedCore Partners in May 2025 as Asset Manager, focusing on supporting the seniors housing portfolio and contributing to the growth of the asset management platform.
Prior to joining MedCore, Daniel began his career in commercial real estate with CBRE’s Valuations & Advisory Group, providing third-party valuations, market studies, and consulting assignments with a sole focus on the seniors housing and healthcare sector. Clients served during this time include a broad base of major and regional lenders, developers, REITs, private equity firms, and owner-operators. While with CBRE, he completed over 250 valuation and consulting assignments throughout the nation, ranging from proposed developments to institutional portfolio valuations, with gross assets valued in excess of $3.0 billion.
Daniel holds a BBA in Finance and Economics from The University of Texas at Arlington.
