Chad Suitonu has focused on healthcare real estate development since 2013. He leads the development management for several of MedCore’s medical and senior living projects to include: feasibility study, site selection, land entitlement, budget management, and design and construction oversight.
Chad started is career in the US Army where he served as an officer in the Corps of Engineers for 10 years, with multiple deployments to the Middle East. He is a decorated war veteran, being awarded the Bronze Star medal for his service in Afghanistan where he lead a company of 135 soldiers while constructing roads and base camps throughout the country. Chad started his civilian career with a large national general contractor where he served in several roles from superintendent to project manager. He later transitioned to owner representation on dozens on tenant improvement projects for a global full service commercial real estate firm. Immediately prior to joining MedCore Chad was Vice President of Development & Construction for PM Realty Group, where he lead the development and construction efforts on over forty healthcare projects.
Chad holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, an MBA from SMU, and a Masters in Public Policy & Administration from the University of Missouri St. Louis. Chad also holds a CCIM designation and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
