Carl Butner joined MedCore Partners in April 2024 as Assistant Controller, bringing close to 20 years of financial management experience with a focus on team leadership, operational efficiency, and strategic growth. He is highly skilled in consolidating financial data, optimizing billing processes, and coordinating tax planning, all while ensuring compliance across multiple real estate platforms. Carl’s strong command of industry-specific software and commitment to process improvement have made him a valuable asset in driving financial precision and fostering key vendor relationships.
Carl holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Texas at Arlington, an MBA with a concentration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Texas at San Antonio, and a BBA in Accounting from Texas State University.
Outside the office, Carl enjoys traveling with his family, grilling, and cheering on his favorite hockey teams.
