Project Manager

Andrew Bischof

As a Project Manager, Andrew’s role with MedCore is to oversee and direct all design and construction activities from construction start, through the final licensing and commissioning of healthcare and senior living projects. Andrew works closely with clients, design teams, and specialty contractors to fully execute the design intent and financial goals of a project and ensure project timelines are upheld.

Prior to joining the MedCore team, Andrew served as a Project Manager with the Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, a nation-wide building firm. While with Whiting-Turner, he oversaw an array of buildouts, including data centers, inpatient rehabilitation facilities, and full-service hospitals. While working at Whiting-Turner he had the unique opportunity to be involved with the entire construction process, from estimating a project, to closeout and turnover. He not only worked behind a desk, but became immersed in his projects while working onsite, seeing and gaining experience in all aspects of construction.

During his tenure at Whiting-Turner, Andrew took on multiple responsibilities within the company outside of his daily responsibilities, taking on multiple leadership roles and was given the opportunity to be the leader in the Kansas City region for all healthcare construction.

Andrew graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Missouri State University.
