Andrew Bischof

As a Development Manager, Andrew’s role with MedCore is to oversee and direct all design and construction activities from construction start through the final licensing and commissioning of healthcare and senior living projects. Andrew works closely with clients, design teams, and specialty contractors to fully execute the design intent and financial goals of a project and ensure project timelines are upheld.

Since joining the MedCore team, Andrew has successfully managed a variety of projects from inception to completion, including multiple surgery centers / medical office buildings, and senior living community projects. His commitment to excellence and attention to detail ensure that each project not only meets but exceeds client expectations, delivering quality outcomes on time and within budget.

Prior to joining MedCore, Andrew served as a Project Manager with the Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, a nationwide building firm. While with Whiting-Turner, he oversaw an array of buildouts, including data centers, inpatient rehabilitation facilities, and full-service hospitals. During his time there, Andrew gained comprehensive experience in all phases of construction, from estimating to closeout and turnover, immersing himself in every aspect of the building process.

Andrew graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Missouri State University.
