Travis Pratt joined MedCore in April 2025 as Senior Associate – Acquisitions. He is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, and closing of Senior Housing acquisitions. Travis plays a key role in identifying strategic investment opportunities and executing transactions that align with MedCore’s growth objectives.
Prior to joining MedCore, Travis served as an Investment Analyst at Banner Oak Capital Partners, a fully integrated real estate investment management firm. While at Banner Oak, he underwrote and closed over $500 million in equity investments encompassing more than 5 million square feet of developments and acquisitions across Industrial, Multifamily, Senior Housing, and Office properties throughout the United States and the United Kingdom. Additionally, he supported asset and portfolio management, conducted detailed financial analyses, and collaborated across departments to prepare investor reports and manage active investment projects.
Travis earned his BBA in Real Estate Finance from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
