Alto Clermont, formerly known as Crane’s View Lodge. was part of a three-property acquisition in July of 2023 alongside Allegro Senior Living. Allegro retained onsite management of this 132 unit Assisted Living and Memory Care community that also offers a lodge-like feel in the Orlando, FL submarket. It has an identical design to Alto Tavares with great visibility and roadway access. The community is in a newer submarket which is rapidly growing with younger families and residential construction. It is close to multiple retail centers and a long-tenured acute care hospital that has served the area for over 50 years.
