Rosanne McAdam joined MedCore Partners in July 2024 as a part of the Senior Housing Operations and Asset Management group. Rosanne has more than two decades of development and operations experience relating to luxury multi-family, student housing and the senior living industry. Her experience includes responsibilities in pre-development, development, and post development operational asset management overseeing multiple operational partners spanning Texas, Florida, Arizona and the Mid-Atlantic region.
Along with the oversight of operations, Rosanne’s responsibilities have included investor relationships, sales and marketing strategies, and community specific business development.
Rosanne is a graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas with a bachelor’s degree in education, Psychology minor. A Dallas native, she enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends along with serving on several philanthropic boards relating to the Senior Housing industry.
