Emily Nau joined MedCore in May of 2024 as the Transactions Coordinator bringing with her a diverse background in residential real estate transaction coordination and contract management. As the Transactions Coordinator, Emily provides support to MedCore’s operations and legal teams in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.
Prior to joining MedCore, Emily served as a Transaction Coordinator for Ready Now Transaction Management, Inc where she assisted over 40 Real Estate Agents and managed anywhere from 30 to 50 residential transactions at one time. She was responsible for document preparation, client signings, file review and auditing, and maintaining compliance with the California Department of Real Estate. Most recently, she worked for Datamax, Inc as a Billing Coordinator where she was responsible for auditing and managing sales orders and contracts. She also has document management and compliance experience within the residential mortgage industry as well as the business and estate legal fields.
Emily graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Bakersfield. She is also a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of California as well as a Certified Transaction Coordinator. In her free time, she enjoys reading and relaxing with her husband and cats.
