The Grove on Forest Lane is an 86 unit assisted living (70 units) and memory care (16 units) community located in Farmers Branch, TX originally built in 1998. In accordance with the original business plan, MedCore has hired a highly experienced Executive Director to lead the community’s new, handpicked leadership team. This team will execute MedCore’s vision of providing a highly customized, engaging, and intentional approach to senior living. MedCore has contracted renovation work to begin immediately and is projected to be completed by May 2023. Renovation plans include upgrading 45 units with new kitchenettes, paint, flooring, blinds, bathroom sinks, and lighting fixtures as well as common area refreshes and redesign and a full landscaping package.
