As a Development Manager, Brett’s role with MedCore Partners is to oversee and direct all design and construction activities from site selection through the final licensing and commissioning of our healthcare and senior living projects. Brett works closely with our clients and design teams to ensure that both the design intent and financial goals for the project are met.
Brett comes to MedCore with over 25 years of development and construction experience including healthcare, senior living, and mixed-use developments across 20 states, totaling over $700 million in assets.
Brett holds both a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Construction Science from Texas A&M University.
