MedCore Partners (MedCore), a full-service healthcare real estate firm, is pleased to announce its promotion of Eric Sheets to Senior Vice President. Since joining the firm in 2015, Mr. Sheets as had a significant impact on client service, capital development and overall growth of the firm.

Prior to joining MedCore, Mr. Sheets served as Director of Real Estate for USMD Health System where he was responsible for managing the company’s real estate portfolio of 70 leased locations totaling over 700,000 square feet of real estate. Mr. Sheets began his career with Tenet Healthcare as a part of the Performance Management and Innovation group, working to decrease costs and improve patient outcomes throughout the health system.
Mr. Sheets holds a Bachelor of Science, Biology degree from Lubbock Christian University and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Texas Tech University. Mr. Sheets is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR) as well as several other organizations.
