Jonathan joined MedCore in 2017. As Managing Director of Finance, he is responsible for analyzing development opportunities across MedCore’s platforms, strategic planning, development management, and internal operations and process review.
Prior to joining MedCore, Jonathan worked alongside a number of real estate developers in projects consisting of senior living, residential, commercial office and retail, and multi-family developments totaling over $500M in value. He oversaw aspects of partnership structuring, budgeting, forecasting, and return analysis through the design and creation of modules and tools built to analyze all aspects of the project’s financial viability. While at CapRock Services, he created a patent-pending program that automated and processed $100M+ in retail merchant payments. Jonathan led all operations and reporting efforts for this business unit serving hundreds of clients nationwide.
In addition, Jonathan also served as the Director of Project Analytics at a development company, specializing in senior living. He oversaw the management of multiple projects’ budgets, schedules, financing structures, and cash flow projections from development through closing. He worked closely with core development partners, contractors, operators and equity/debt investors to manage the developments’ progress, while relaying updates to key financial partners.
Jonathan received his BBA from Baylor University with majors in Finance and Entrepreneurship.
