Sundeep Jeste joined MedCore Partners in March of 2022 and brings a successful track record in both operations and asset management, within the seniors housing industry. Sundeep will collaborate with the existing MedCore team on business plan and strategy creation, monitoring performance, and partnering closely with operators to deliver the desired results.
Sundeep has 20+ years of experience in seniors housing and senior care. Prior to joining MedCore, Sundeep served as a Regional Vice President for a privately held seniors housing company, Solvere Living. In that capacity he oversaw sales and marketing on ground-up developments, acquisitions assimilation, regulatory compliance, and investor relations. Some key accomplishments from the development projects included, creating a dynamic pricing model optimizing income potential, successfully submitting the State licensing application, and developing marketing plans, promoting the brand.
Prior to joining Solvere Living, he served as Regional Director of Operations for a national seniors housing company overseeing operations, sales, and marketing for approximately 1,700 apartments. A variety of Sundeep’s other key leadership roles included Agency Administrator for a private home care operation, Executive Director for an assisted living with memory care, and Asset Manager for a boutique capital investment firm. In the latter role, he oversaw 20 seniors housing properties with a market capitalization of nearly $500MM. Key accomplishments included executing on value add capital improvements which allowed for occupancy and rate growth.
Sundeep is a graduate of Ithaca College with a B.S. in Health Care Management from which he also studied Gerontology. He also earned his Master’s in Business Administration from DePaul University where he concentrated on strategic management, later going on to attend Johns Hopkins for a Master’s in Real Estate. Sundeep lives in North Dallas and enjoys being in a vibrant city near his close family and friends.
