Neil Naiser joined MedCore Partners in May of 2022, bringing nearly ten years of seniors housing experience. Neil’s primary focus is the oversight of all asset management activities at the company. Prior to joining MedCore, Neil served as Assistant Vice President of Asset Management at Arbor Realty Trust where he oversaw the successful business plan implementation and refinance of more than 45 bridge loans, mezzanine loans, and preferred equity investments on value-add multifamily, healthcare, and seniors housing projects, comprising of nearly $1.9 billion in total asset value. Prior to his role at Arbor, he worked in asset management at publicly traded REITs, Ventas and CareTrust.
Neil holds an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Kentucky with a B.B.A. in finance and accounting.
