Chuck Bithas joined MedCore Partners in November of 2019 with the objective of assisting the Chief Financial Officer in the refinement and increased scope of the accounting department. With 30 years of hands on accounting experience, Chuck has proven success in various industries including real estate, healthcare, legal, telecom, internet startup, transportation, manufacturing and retail.
Chuck has been managing change and leading transformation in financial reporting procedures his entire career. His leadership has resulted in numerous successful computer conversions varying in scope from small accounting systems to large ERP software. Early in his career, Chuck was part of a team that was selected by the Health Care Financing Administration to participate in a study on home healthcare reimbursement. This success lead to his agency being one of the first homecare providers in the country to convert to electronic billing coupled with direct deposit of all Medicare reimbursements.
During the past twenty years, Chuck’s career has been focused exclusively in the real estate industry. This experience includes tenure at BCBS of Texas, Semos & Co., Trinity CPM, Phillips Commercial Real Estate Services, Lincoln Property Company, Transwestern, Hojaber Real Estate Group, Millcreek Residential, Invitation Homes, US Residential, 7-11, Cypress Equities, Fritz Duda Company, and Caddis Healthcare Real Estate. The experience gleaned from these engagements include accounting for Healthcare, Senior Living Communities, Multifamily, Commercial, Industrial, Warehouse, Land, HOA, Single Family, Mixed Use, and Malls.
As a lifelong Dallas resident, Chuck graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Dallas in 1991 where he actively participated in the Accounting Honors Society. In addition to volunteering in the Dallas community at large, Chuck is actively involved in his beloved Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church. As a passionate soccer player and fitness enthusiast, Chuck brings a competitive, team-building spirit to the workplace.
