Healthcare Real Estate Insights magazine just announced the Finalists of the 2018 HREI Insights Awards, the first and only national awards dedicated to recognizing excellence in the areas of healthcare real estate (HRE) development and executive leadership.
MedCore Partners’ development, Allen Medical Plaza, was named as a Finalist for the 2018 HREI Insights Award for Best New Medical Office Buildings and Other Outpatient Facilities (25,000 to 49,999 square feet).
Allen Medical Plaza is a 48,000 square foot medical office on campus with Texas Health Resources Presbyterian Hospital Allen in Allen, TX. This building is anchored by a surgery center operated by Spine Team Texas. The design was done by Corgan Architects and the construction was done by Structures and Interiors, Inc.
